Reviews and Ratings <br />
I had a really enjoyable stay at this resort. It's located in a beautiful area, perfect for relaxation and outdoor activities like climbing and kayaking. The rooms were very clean and well-kept, although the bed wasn't the most comfortable. The breakfast options could be improved as they were somewhat limited, but the dining area had a lovely view. Overall, it's great value for a peaceful getaway, despite a few minor downsides.
The hotel offers stunning views and a unique atmosphere, but there are several drawbacks including limited electricity during low season, uncomfortable beds, and an unwelcoming dining experience. While the staff was friendly, especially in the bar area, the overall service could be improved, and the dining options were quite basic, leaving us unsatisfied.
Staying at Tonsai Bay Resort was a mix of good and bad experiences. The location is charming and has a calm beach vibe, but the service was quite disappointing and lacked warmth. The room was clean, but not overly comfortable. Overall, while the area is beautiful, the service issues heavily impacted our stay.
During my recent stay, I found the hotel to be decent for the price, but it’s not without its issues. The rooms were adequate, and I appreciated how clean they were. However, the breakfast was quite limited and not the best, and the dining options left a lot to be desired. The location was a mixed bag; while it’s great for climbing, the view and ambiance of Tonsai seem to have been compromised by recent development.
I had a mixed experience at the resort. The location is beautiful, right by the beach, and the rooms were comfortable and clean, which I really appreciated. However, the service at the restaurant was off-putting, and I ended up hearing about a lot of stomach issues among guests. I’d say it has potential, but they definitely need to improve on the dining front.
